ORDERS

Orders placed from the web are not considered final until The Apidroches Store Administration Department has reviewed and approved them. If necessary, the Administration Department will contact the client and make or demand the pertinent corrections.

PRICES

All prices are expressed in Euros, with VAT being simultaneously indicated when appropriate. The VAT to be applied will be 21% on tools and machinery and 4% on books, magazines and videos. All shipments to Spain will be taxed with the corresponding VAT, with the exception of the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, where they are exempt.

In the same way, any product that is sent to the European Community CE will be taxed with the corresponding VAT, with the exception of companies that certify the necessary requirements to apply said exemption (however the web order will be processed with VAT and after verify the accreditation provided by the client, this correction will be applied).

The rest of exports are exempt from VAT.

SHIPPING AND FORMS OF TRANSPORTATION

For shipments by Post it is required that the packages weigh no more than 20 kg. and do not exceed 1 meter in any of its measurements. The weights of some of our products are not yet updated, so we will contact you if there is any incompatibility in your order to proceed with this type of shipment.

The shipping amount will be charged to your invoice, depending on the weight of the package. With this system, you will receive a notice from the Post Office so that you can pick up your package at the Post Office closest to your home. The delivery time for any package sent by the Post Office does not depend on The Apidroches Store, but we estimate it between 5 and 20 business days.

We also offer the option of shipments by the transport agency MRW, ETC, with a delivery time between 1 and 3 business days and for more bulky or heavy transport with agencies such as TXT, TRADISCOR, ETC. Likewise, the amount of the shipment will be charged on the invoice, and in this case, it depends on the weight and the destination.

Shipments outside of Spain will be studied individually to offer at all times the most appropriate formula adapted to the client's needs.

All merchandise travels at the buyer's risk and expense. In case of delay, loss or damage, the buyer will make the corresponding claim to the carrier, which in the case of Correos, may not be until at least 20 business days have passed from the shipment's departure, and in SEUR OR MRW it may be made at day after shipment. The Apidroches Store will provide you with all the necessary data to make the necessary claims.

WAY TO PAY

The Apidroches Store offers the following payment methods:

• Wire transfer:

  Payment is made prior to shipment of the merchandise. To make the payment by transfer, please ask us to verify the exact total amount, and the bank details.

• Credit card:

  Using the secure payment platform of the Ing Direct bank, so that your card details are provided directly to said bank, who after proceeding with the payment does not store them or provide them to us in any case. This is the payment formula RECOMMENDED by The Apidroches Store, since it does not generate any cost for the customer and speeds up the processing of the order.

• Cash on delivery:

  You will make the payment upon receipt of the merchandise. If the shipment is by Post, the reimbursement formula carries fixed costs of € 1.29 plus 21% VAT. If the shipment is by transport agency, the expenses will be 5% plus 21% VAT, the minimum charged is € 3.3 plus 21% VAT of the total invoice and a maximum of € 100 more 21% VAT (according to the current rate of the Transport Agency that can be modified by said carrier). These expenses are paid by the buyer.

PENDING GOODS

Of all the references that we offer on this website, The Apidroches Store has approximately 90% of all of them in stock for immediate delivery. Despite our efforts to maintain this high level of stocks, it may happen that some of the references that you request are not available immediately. If so, the reference will remain pending in our system and unless you tell us otherwise, we will send it to you upon receipt without added shipping costs.

RETURN OF GOODS

If the customer is not satisfied with the purchased product, or it has an anomaly, it can be returned within a maximum period of 14 days after receipt, provided that it has not been used and it retains its original packaging. The buyer will be responsible for the shipping costs of the return, and the product will be replaced, exchanged for another, or the amount returned, according to the formula chosen by the customer.

The shipping costs will not be paid to the customer, and the shipping costs necessary for the return of the merchandise will also be borne by the customer.

WITHDRAWAL DOCUMENT

By this withdrawal document, the buyer of any material in our company The Apidroches Store is granted the right to exchange any product or return the money thereof, provided that the conditions established in point 5. RETURN OF THE GOODS are met, within the established purchase conditions.

-IMPORTANT NOTE WHEN RECEIVING THE GOODS

- DO NOT accept the material with the broken packaging, without a pallet if it was previously palletized or in which bumps are observed. Return the merchandise to origin if you observe damaged merchandise or file a timely claim with the agency in case of accepting the merchandise.

-OUR company will not accept returns, for blows or damage to the material; produced during transportation; If it is not accompanied by the incident or claim, on the delivery note of the transport company and the respective photographs within a maximum period of 24 hours from the receipt of the merchandise.

-ONCE the merchandise is accepted, the returns will be borne by the customer. All transportation or shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Also those caused by returns or exchanges whatever the reason.

-The merchandise in the transport is insured up to a value of € 350, in case of the client's request the merchandise can be insured at all risks for which an all-risk insurance will be contracted that is borne by the client. The value of this insurance depends on the type of merchandise and its value.

ARBITRATION AND JURISDICTION

In case of dispute, the buyer will submit to the courts of Pozoblanco (Córdoba)

BEEKEEPING MACHINERY GUARANTEE

The seller undertakes to repair or replace any defect in the machinery supplied with the limitations that follow.

• The claim must be made within 7 days after delivery of the material.
• Upon admission of the seller's defect, the seller undertakes to repair or replace, as soon as possible, the defective elements or parts.
• In any case, the displacement of the seller's personnel to the installation point (for inspections, checks, etc.) as well as their travel and accommodation expenses will be invoiced according to the rates in force on the date they occur.
• In the event that the merchandise has to return to the seller's facilities for repair, the return or outbound shipping costs are borne by the customer. If the machine had to be sent to the Factory, the return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

The following are excluded from the guarantee:

• Defects derived from assemblies or modifications made by the buyer.
• Damages and breakdowns caused by customer transport, improper storage, use or conservation, acts of God or force majeure.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

• The economic responsibility of the seller, guaranteeing the merchandise sold, can never exceed the value of its supply or replacement.
• The buyer is responsible for all damages caused by accidents caused by improper operation or handling of the merchandise sold, falling objects due to improper use, use or operation of the supplied materials.

ARBITRATION AND JURISDICTION

To resolve any doubts or conflicts that may arise in the interpretation and / or fulfillment of any sale and purchase transaction, both parties undertake to settle their differences in the event of litigation in the courts of Pozoblanco (Córdoba)
