To guarantee the maximum confidentiality of your information, we have established different security measures of a technical, legal and organizational nature.

People employed

All personnel who work at The Apidroches Store have signed a confidentiality contract that regulates access to information, subject or not to data protection regulations.

Collaborators

All collaborators (individuals and / or companies or other organizations) who work for The Apidroches Store subscribe, either in a timely manner or through collaboration agreements, confidentiality agreements that regulate access to information, subject to or not to the data protection regulations.

Service providers

The person in charge of the treatment is defined as the natural or legal person, public authority, service or any other body that, alone or jointly with others, processes personal data on behalf of the person responsible for the treatment.

Service providers without data access

The Apidroches Store adopts the appropriate measures to limit the access of personnel to personal data, to the supports that contain them or to the resources of the information system, to carry out work that does not involve the processing of personal data. All this in accordance with the provisions of the European Data Protection Regulation (RGPD).

In the case of third-party personnel, the service provision contract will expressly include the prohibition of accessing personal data and the obligation of secrecy regarding the data that the staff may have known on the occasion of the provision of the service.

The Apidroches Store has a detailed list of its different service providers without access to data on which a confidentiality contract is available, apart from having complementary measures that guarantee the protection of access against unauthorized third parties.

Paper Destruction

As part of the management of the information life cycle is the destruction of the information itself. To guarantee the confidentiality of the information, The Apidroches Store has internal document shredders.

In the case of needing to destroy a high volume of information, we may resort to specialized companies. In this case, only data classified as not highly confidential will be destroyed externally and from the point of view of personal data those of a medium level or lower. In any case, the destruction will be carried out guaranteeing security measures. For this, the minimum requirements will be established by entering into a contract with the destruction company.
