A conductivity meter is used to define the quality of the honey.
Easy to use, it is used to distinguish thousands of nectar or honeydew.

How to use.
It is about making a mixture of honey at 20% of the dry weight (for example, 18 grams of honey from 82 grams of water), at 20 ºC and is measured in mS / cm (milliSiemens per cm or S / cm microSiemens per cm ).

In the conductivity meter in hand, if the conductivity is less than 90 mS / cm, then the nectar honey.
If the conductivity is greater than 100 uS / cm, then the honey is honeydew.

In the plastic cup that comes with this appliance put 9 grams of honey (first line) and add 41 grams of water (second line).
At room temperature (20 ºC) shaking gently until the honey dissolves, then insert the tip of the device into the glass and take the measurement.
