Sampling probe suitable for taking samples of honey in drums and ripeners, it consists of a 1500 millimeter (1.5 meter) long tube with a 15mm diameter and a pointed end.
Made of 316L stainless steel, mirrored and polished inside and out, resistant to corrosion and easy to clean, the tip and plunger are threaded and can be disassembled and cleaned inside.
The probe does not require special maintenance, just cleaning, it can also be sterilized by steam up to 121ºC, the probe works well between a honey temperature between 0 and 60ºC as long as the viscosity and hardness of the material allow it.
In addition to honey samples, it is also used to take samples of pastes, muds, creams, emulsions, oils, etc.

Mode of Use:
Introduce the probe in the honey drum in the area where you want to take the sample, the depth that the sample takes depends on the level where the tip is submerged.
Once the tip of the probe is placed in the area we want to take the sample, the plunger is sucked by pulling the handle upwards and sucks the sample.
Then the probe is removed from the drum and said aspirated sample is then expelled with the plunger and deposited in a small glass or container that takes samples.
