Propylene glycol usp suitable for Food Use and valid for the preparation of propolis tincture (propolis).

Propylene glycol is used to extract the properties of propolis. To prepare the propolis tincture, the propolis is usually macerated, in a proportion of 20% by weight with propylene glycol, following some instructions, times and guidelines, normally about 15 days before to package it.
Propolis tincture is considered "a natural antibiotic."
