This is the plastic seal to close or seal ceramic jars.
It is a cylinder made of plastic that is placed manually on the lid of the container and applying hot air in a homogeneous way around it, causes it to shrink and make a tamper evident closure or security seal.
These seals are put on with hot air (hot air torch or a hair dryer).
They are also valid for glass or plastic containers.
