Complete box containing 800 insulated boxes for royal jelly containers, manufactured from white polystyrene foam and designed for the presentation, protection and delivery of compatible 10 and 20/25 gram jars.
Each insulated box consists of an insulating body and a separate lid that surround the jar. Its structure helps reduce rapid temperature changes during handling, order preparation, distribution or delivery to the customer.
This 800-unit format is particularly suitable for professional beekeepers, royal jelly producers, cooperatives, processing facilities, distributors and packaging companies requiring a large quantity for production or packaging campaigns.
In addition to providing passive thermal insulation, the box protects the container against minor impacts, rubbing and direct exposure to light, giving the finished product a cleaner, more uniform and professional presentation.
Its compact size makes packaging materials easier to organise and allows the jars to be prepared individually before being placed in transport boxes, commercial batches or orders intended for the final consumer.
Important: the insulated box helps maintain the jar’s temperature for longer, but it does not cool the product by itself and does not replace refrigeration. The royal jelly must be placed inside already refrigerated and kept under the recommended storage conditions.
Before preparing a complete production batch, it is recommended to check the diameter, height and type of lid of the container. Compatibility depends on the jar fitting correctly within the internal dimensions of the box.
Note: jars, lids and royal jelly are not included.
