This insulated box for royal jelly is made from white polystyrene foam and designed to hold small 10 to 20/25 gram royal jelly jars that fit its internal dimensions.
Its insulating structure helps reduce heat exchange with the outside environment, protecting the jar from rapid temperature changes during handling, display, delivery or transport.
The box consists of an insulated body and a separate lid that surround the container. In addition to improving product presentation, it provides protection against minor impacts, rubbing and direct exposure to light.
It is particularly suitable for beekeepers, producers and royal jelly packers who need to deliver the product in lightweight, clean packaging designed to help maintain the temperature of the jar.
Important: this box provides passive thermal insulation, but it does not cool the product by itself and does not replace refrigerated storage or refrigerated transport. The jar must be chilled before being placed inside and must always remain within the recommended cold chain for royal jelly.
Before preparing orders or packing a complete production run, it is advisable to check the external dimensions of the jar. Compatibility depends on the diameter, height and type of lid used.
Note: the glass jar, jar lid and royal jelly are not included.
