Children’s beekeeper kit consisting of protective clothing and basic tools so younger users can be introduced to beekeeping while accompanied and supervised at all times by a responsible adult.

This set brings together a children’s beekeeping suit with veil, leather gloves, gaiters and several tools used by beekeepers. It is a practical option for educational activities, apiary visits and learning the basic tasks involved in beekeeping.

Children’s beekeeping suit with integrated veil

The suit is made from cotton and polyester fabric and includes a round veil with fibreglass mesh. It has a zip fastening on the veil, pockets and elasticated waist, cuffs and ankles to provide a more comfortable fit during use.

Children’s sizes are selected mainly according to the child’s approximate height:

• Size 4XS: for an approximate height of 1.08 to 1.16 m.
• Size 3XS: for an approximate height of 1.20 to 1.28 m.
• Size 2XS: for an approximate height of 1.33 to 1.40 m.
• Size XS: for an approximate height of 1.44 to 1.52 m.

Sheepskin gloves

The gloves are made from fine, flexible sheepskin suitable for tasks requiring mobility and precision. They include a long fabric cuff with elasticated adjustment to cover the wrist and part of the forearm.

Size guide: if the width of the hand, measured across the knuckles, is 5 cm, this corresponds to size T5.

Bee brush

The small single-row brush has flexible nylon bristles and a wooden handle. It allows bees to be removed from the frames using gentle, controlled movements during inspections or harvesting.

Stainless steel hive tool

The short 20 cm hive tool is an essential tool for separating frames, loosening covers and supers, scraping away wax or propolis residue and carrying out other routine hive maintenance tasks.

Gaiters with hook-and-loop fastening

The gaiters are made from PVC and cover the lower part of the trousers and footwear. Their design helps prevent bees from entering through the bottom of the suit. They have a hook-and-loop fastening and are particularly comfortable when worn with trainers or similar footwear.

Miniature smoker

The set includes a miniature smoker intended mainly for decoration, display or as a beekeeping-related gift.
