The Lot number 10 uncapping tank and electric honey heater combines two practical pieces of equipment for improving uncapping, honey extraction and preparation before bottling.

It contains a stainless steel uncapping tank with a full-drain outlet and an electric heater for liquefying crystallised honey. This combination is suitable for beekeepers who want to handle frames neatly, collect cappings and make draining and processing honey easier.

The tank is manufactured from AISI 304 stainless steel and can be used with Layens, Langstroth and Dadant frames, including super frames. Its uncapping stand can be used by two people and positioned lengthways or crossways.

The V-shaped sloping base directs the honey towards the full-drain valve, helping to reduce residues inside the tank. It includes a cappings separation grid, lid, metal legs and stainless steel valve.

The electric heater is designed to liquefy crystallised honey inside buckets, small drums or settling tanks. It includes an adjustable thermostat, on-off switch, handling grip and stainless steel construction.

For correct use, the heating grid must always remain immersed in the honey. It must not be operated outside the product, as it could overheat and become damaged.
