The lot number 12 honey extraction equipment set brings together four products for the main tasks carried out in a honey room: extracting honey from the frames, uncapping, settling the honey and raising the tank to a convenient working height.

It consists of SAF® machinery and accessories made mainly from stainless steel, suitable for beekeepers who want to organise the extraction process in a practical, hygienic and professional way.

The electric extractor accepts Layens, Langstroth and Dadant frames. The uncapping bench makes it easier to remove cappings and collect honey and wax. The settling tank allows the honey to rest before bottling, while the stainless stand raises the tank above the containers.

SAF® Fuego electric extractor:

Electric tangential extractor designed to hold 4 full-size frames or up to 8 shallow frames, depending on the format used. It is compatible with Layens, Langstroth and Dadant Blatt or US frames.

The 200 W electric motor with speed controller allows the extractor to start slowly and then increase speed progressively. This helps protect new or delicate combs.

The stainless-steel drum has a conical bottom that directs the honey towards the outlet valve. The transparent lid allows the extraction process to be monitored, while the safety system stops the motor when the lid is opened.

As this is a tangential extractor, the frames must be turned manually to extract the honey from both sides.

SAF® 1 metre uncapping bench:

Stainless-steel bench for comfortable and hygienic frame uncapping. It includes a stainless-steel internal filter, frame support, outlet valve and lid.

It is suitable for Langstroth and Dadant frames. Its painted steel legs provide a comfortable working height and allow a container to be placed beneath the outlet.

100 kg stainless-steel settling tank:

Stainless-steel tank with an approximate capacity of 100 kg of honey. It allows the honey to rest after extraction and filtering so air bubbles and small wax particles can rise to the surface before bottling.

It is supplied with a lid and plastic guillotine-type honey gate. The filter is not included.

Stainless-steel tank stand:

Stand manufactured from 2 mm folded stainless-steel sheet, designed for 100 and 120 kg tanks. It raises the tank to make it easier to fill buckets, containers or honey jars.

It is supplied dismantled and ready to assemble with screws.
