A complete set for the honey extraction process

The uncapping bench provides a stable surface for removing the wax cappings from the frames. Its universal frame holder accepts Layens, Langstroth and Dadant frames, while the internal grid separates the cappings from the honey draining into the bottom of the tank.

After uncapping, the frames are placed inside the manual extractor. Its universal basket can accommodate different frame formats, making it especially useful for beekeepers working with several hive systems.

The side crank allows the rotation speed to be controlled progressively without requiring an electrical supply. As this is a tangential extractor, the frames must be turned so that the honey is extracted correctly from both sides of the comb.

Once extracted, the honey can be transferred to the 50-litre settling tank. It remains there while air bubbles, wax particles and other small impurities rise to the surface before bottling.

The stainless-steel stand raises the tank and provides enough clearance beneath the valve for jars, buckets or other containers. This improves comfort, hygiene and organisation in the working area.
