Lot number 14 of Lyson honey extraction machinery includes the main equipment required to uncap frames, extract honey, allow it to settle and prepare it for bottling.

This set is designed for beekeepers who want to install or improve a small or medium-sized honey extraction room with robust, hygienic and easy-to-use machinery.

The workflow is simple: the frames are uncapped on the 1.5-metre table, placed inside the reversible extractor and the extracted honey is transferred to the 100 kg ripener positioned on its stainless-steel stand.

The electric reversible extractor can process Layens, Langstroth and Dadant frames. Its reversible baskets make it easier to extract honey from both sides of the comb while reducing frame handling and the risk of breaking the wax.

The Langstroth uncapping table provides a large working area, a frame support, an internal filter for collecting cappings and a sloping base that helps the honey flow towards the outlet.

The 70 litre honey ripener can hold approximately 100 kg of honey. It allows small wax particles, capping residues and air bubbles to rise gradually to the surface before bottling.

The stainless-steel stand raises the ripener to a more comfortable working height and provides space below the tap for buckets, filters or bottling containers.
