Classic vitange smoker from 1901 that worked with a fan driven by a clockwork mechanism.
The new model almost unchanged, has been improved over the classic with a battery-powered electric motor with a chrome-plated thumb switch.
With ergonomic plate handle, double perforated protection plate to avoid burning and non-sparking grill in the smoke outlet.
It works with a 1.5v battery model LR14, included.
