Boiler made of stainless steel with a 120-liter capacity.
Designed in a round shape with a diameter of 640 millimeters.
Approximately for 22 layens frames or 30 langstroth frames.

Tips for use:
Install the boiler outdoors or in a ventilated or fluent room with an outdoor pipe.
Maintain a soft fire and always under the supervision of an operator.

For disinfection and cleaning of frames:
Pour water into the boiler until it comes out through the hose, this would be the level, monitor this level every 3-6 loads.
Put the frames according to the model in the boiler, close the lid, light the stove, once the frames are clean, remove them and put others back on.
The wax is collected in a container that is placed under the wax outlet pipe (container not included).

For the covers:
Pour water into the boiler until it comes out of the hose, this would be the level, monitor this level every 3-6 loads, if it is possible to put the covers in a bag or filter type sack, if not possible You can put the caps on the tray, close the lid, turn on the stove, when the wax melts, the impurities of the wax will remain at the bottom and the clean wax will come out through the wax outlet pipe.
The wax is collected in a container that is placed under the wax outlet pipe (container not included).
