The replacement inner basket for the 115-liter steam wax warmer allows you to replace the original basket when it is damaged or to have a second unit to work more continuously during wax recovery.
It is made of perforated stainless steel , a material resistant to frequent contact with steam, hot water, and molten wax. Its cylindrical structure allows for the storage of frames, honeycombs, and wax remnants inside the wax warmer.
During operation, perforations in the bottom and walls facilitate steam circulation and allow molten wax to escape. At the same time, the basket retains larger solid waste, such as cocoons, honeycomb fragments, and other impurities generated during melting.
Its two metal side handles make it easy to place and remove the basket once the unit has cooled down sufficiently. They also allow for easier handling during emptying, waste removal, and cleaning.
It can be used as a replacement for the original basket or as a second working basket . While one load is inside the cerifier, the next one can be prepared, reducing waiting times between melting cycles.
This basket is compatible with the SAF Natura 115-liter steam wax extractor/cerifier , manufacturer reference SN_103/B and Apidroches reference MAQAPCC_003. It can also be used with the 1800W electric steam wax extractor , Apidroches reference MAQAPCC_016.
To preserve it properly, it is recommended to remove any residue after each use and clean the perforations with warm water before the wax cools completely. Do not use tools that could deform or damage the perforated plate.
Important: This item includes only the perforated inner basket. It does not include the wax warmer, lid, steam generator, burner, or other accessories.
