Steam wax extractor or certifier made of stainless steel . Composed of a 0.6mm thick stainless steel body, Ø630mm and 750mm high, and completed with a lid and handles. Designed to work with a gas stove.
Hermetically sealed tank and 100mm high for the water reservoir. 18/10 stainless steel filter, Ø580mm and 630mm high, located inside the drum. 200-liter capacity.
The connecting siphon allows the passage of water vapor from the tank to the upper drum. Approximate capacity: 30 Langstroth frames, 20 Dadant US or 20 Dadant Blatt or 15 Layens, also suitable for other frame models.
Gas stove not included.

Instructions for use:

• Place the squares that need to be melted or cleaned inside the certifier.
• Close the lid with its closing clamp (never use a hermetic seal).
• Fill the bottom of the cerifier through the water filling tube.
• Close the water introduction tube with a cloth (never a hermetic plug).
• Place the cerifier on a heat source such as a gas burner or stove (not included).
• Once the water boils, steam is produced and rises through the siphon and melts the wax on the frames. The melted wax comes out through the outlet tube.

Please note:

• Wash with hot water and detergent before use.
• NEVER close the lid tightly.
• NEVER close the water introduction tube tightly or using a plug.
• Regularly check the water level in the false bottom. If it runs out of water, it will burn.
• If you don't see water in the feed tube, it means the bottom is empty and it must always have water during use.
