Certifier or steam
wax extractor made of
stainless steel . Composed of a 18/10 stainless steel body, Ø525mm and 660mm in height and complete with lid and handles. Designed to work with a gas stove.
Tank with hermetic sealing and 100mm high for water tank. 18/10 stainless steel filter of Ø480mm and 530 mm high located inside the drum. 115 liter capacity.
The connection siphon allows the passage of water vapor from the tank to the upper drum. Approximate capacity 18 langstroth frames, also valid for other frame models.
Procedure of use: -Put inside the certifier the pictures that we need to melt the wax or clean.
-Close the lid with its closing clamp (never put a hermetic gasket).
-Fill the bottom of the cerifier through the water filling tube (see photo).
-Close said water introduction tube with a cloth (never a hermetic cap).
-Put the cerifier on a heat source such as a gas burner or
stove (not included).
-Once the water boils, steam is produced and this rises through the siphon and melts the wax from the frames, the wax once melted comes out through the outlet tube.
To take into account: -Wash with hot water and detergent before use.
-NEVER close the lid hermetically.
-NEVER close the water introduction tube hermetically or using a cap.
-Regularly check the water level in the double bottom. If it runs out of water, it will burn out-If you can't see the water in the introduction tube, it means that the bottom is empty and during use it is necessary that you always have water.
We have this same model with electrical resistance, it is the reference:
