Designed to lower the excessive moisture level of honey. Honey with humidity greater than 18% is known to have significant fermentation problems and this should be avoided before packaging or storage.
The Principle of operation uses an innovative technique in the beekeeping world and is based on two powerful fans combined with two electric heaters that send a continuous jet of hot air to the discs that, while rotating inside the tank, are moistened with honey. The honey thus spreads over the large surface of the discs and dries up due to excess moisture.

At the same time, the large discs, which pass two centimeters from the bottom of the tank, also act as a mixer to equalize the degree of humidity in the entire volume of honey stored in the machine.
The efficiency is extremely high and the electricity consumption very low, make this Dehumidifier-Mixer very efficient.
The small distance of the discs from the bottom of the tank allows you to use the concentrator at the maximum volume of 50 kilos and also with very small amounts of honey.
The air fed into the chamber, filtered by an antibacterial filter that prevents contamination of the honey, is dispersed through special cracks created in the upper part of the lid.
This outlet is also filtered through a special filter that prevents dirt or insects from entering the chamber.
While working with hot air, honey never reaches high temperatures above 45ºC that would put the HMF values ??at risk, which remains unchanged.

The Dehumidifier is extremely quiet, does not require special maintenance activities and is very easy to clean. In fact, every part of it can be disassembled in a few minutes.
It has an approximate humidity reduction performance of 1% for every two hours of operation.
