New rotary concentrated honey dehumidifier, made entirely of stainless steel and with a capacity of 300 kilos, minimum 3 kilos and maximum 300 kilos.
It features 31 rotating stainless steel discs measuring Ø 62 cm on a stainless steel shaft, a sensor-controlled fan with a digital control unit to adjust the temperature and speed of the discs.
Designed to reduce excessive moisture in honey. Honey with a moisture content above 18% is known to have significant fermentation problems, and this should be avoided before packaging or storage.
The operating principle uses an innovative technique in the beekeeping world and is based on two powerful fans combined with two electric heating elements that send a continuous stream of hot air to the discs, which, while rotating inside the tank, are moistened with honey. The honey thus spreads over the large surface area of the discs and dries out due to excess moisture.
At the same time, the large discs, extending two centimeters from the bottom of the tank, also act as a mixer to equalize the humidity level throughout the entire volume of honey stored in the machine.
Extremely high efficiency and very low power consumption make this mixer-dehumidifier very efficient.
The small distance between the discs and the bottom of the tank allows the concentrator to be used at the maximum volume of 300 kilos, even with very small amounts of honey.
The air fed into the chamber, filtered by an antibacterial filter that prevents honey contamination, is dispersed through special slits created in the upper part of the lid.
This outlet is also filtered by a special filter that prevents dirt or insects from entering the chamber.
While working with hot air, the honey never reaches temperatures above 45°C, which would jeopardize the HMF values, and remains unchanged.
The dehumidifier is extremely quiet, requires no special maintenance, and is very easy to clean. In fact, each part can be disassembled in just a few minutes.
It has an approximate humidity reduction performance of 2% for every 8-12 hours of operation.
