This cerifier uses a very simple and economical technique and at the same time ecological, taking advantage of the sun of Andalusia or Spain, an inexhaustible resource without tax on the sun in the use of cerifiers. It is used to recover the old wax from frames, obtaining a clean and perfumed wax to reuse it in the manufacture of sheets.
The Solar Certifier consists of a treated wood box painted with linseed oil and a polycarbonate screen (synthetic glazing) and an inner metal plate. When heating the sun, it melts the wax and the wax falls to a tray previously passing through a grid calibrated at 4.2 millimeters to avoid impurities falling.
