Rotating stand

The rotating stand is a stable metal base that allows you to adjust the position of the heater to follow the sun. On hard surfaces (concrete, slabs, patios, concrete slabs) this makes a significant difference, because a fixed placement limits the actual amount of sunlight received and greatly reduces efficiency.

If you're placing it on soil or in a garden, often a simple iron pipe driven into the ground (approximately 60–80 cm long and 25 mm in diameter) is sufficient to utilize the wax maker's bottom mounting. On rigid surfaces, the rotating stand is the most practical option for the wax maker to operate at full power.

Usage tips

• Place the wax heater in an area with direct sunlight and no shadows for as many hours as possible.
• Orient the assembly several times a day to maintain solar incidence.
• To make the block come out better, it helps to put a little water in the tray before starting (it prevents the wax from sticking).
• Work with the cleanest possible trimmings and cappings to improve the color of the wax obtained.
