Boiler with diesel burner. It optimizes the cleaning and sterilization operations of the frames.
The lid gasket eliminates any risk of pressure rise. Tank suitable for rapid steam production.
Carbon steel external tank thickness 4 mm, internal stainless steel thick walls 2 mm.

The tank is used to coarsely melt and melt wax from old frames (over 40 frames) and in another operation to clean and disinfect frames with soda in baskets.
Supplied with 4 baskets 15 frames for cleaning frames with soda (2 baskets of 15 frames per session).

Technical characteristics:

• Cleaning over 100 frames an hour.
• Sterilization over 200 marks an hour.
• Boiler volume 304 liters.
• With diesel burner for consumption of about 2 liters per hour.
