Boiler with an approximate volume of 500 liters, made of stainless steel and with a rectangular shape in a medium-sized universal model, simple, effective and economical, with a capacity for wax extraction of approximately 80 square layens, 128 langstroth or 100 dadant breeding chamber .

Boiler with approximate dimensions of the body of 1154x1154x700 millimeters and a total height of 830 millimeters. The legs or support form part of the boiler, that is, they are welded to the body and also have wheels for easy movement.

Inside the boiler there is a tray where the impurities are deposited and a basket to introduce the squares. The bottom of the boiler is filled with water up to the required level that was controlled with the inlet tube (level with the inlet tube flush).
Once the bottom of the boiler is heated by the gas stove, steam is generated which is what melts the wax from the frames that are in the basket.

Recommended mode of use:

• Introduce the squares into the boiler to melt the wax or clean.
• Close the lid of the boiler.
• Fill the bottom of the boiler through its corresponding water fill tube.
• Put the stove under the boiler and light the flame
• Once the water boils by the fire of the stove, steam is produced that melts the wax from the frames, once the wax is melted it comes out of the outlet tube.
• Regularly check the water level in the false bottom
