This rotary round kettle is a device designed to recover wax from cut or whole frames, which are placed in the perforated basket.
The drum, with a water-immersed heater at the bottom that generates steam, heats the load to the appropriate temperature, allowing for efficient centrifugation of the wax.
The melting furnace is equipped with an external tank with low-water protection that prevents the heater from burning out. Once the appropriate temperature is reached, the melting furnace melts the entire load in approximately 20 minutes.
Includes: tank with heating element, rotating basket, lid, and outlet valve.
Recommended use: farms with medium/high volume of cappings and frame renewal.

What is it for?

Recover wax from cappings, loose comb, and complete frames (even very dark ones) in a single step: melt and centrifuge to separate the wax from the waste.

How it works

1. Add 4-5 L of water to the bottom. The heating element heats the water and generates steam.
2. The perforated basket is loaded with caps/honeycomb/frames.
3. When the wax melts, the motor is activated: the centrifuge expels the wax to the walls and falls to the bottom for exit through a valve .
4. Typical cycle: ~20-25 min per charge.
