The process begins by placing the uncapped honey into the high-speed rotor of the centrifuge. Thanks to the centrifugal force, wax particles are separated and deposited on the rotor walls, while the liquid honey is discharged from the device. It includes four baskets measuring 47 x 46.5 cm.

With this centrifuge, you can recover a large portion of honey trapped in the cappings within minutes. Extremely useful for large-scale beekeeping operations, it is designed to separate the honey from the wax cappings, recovering up to 90% of the honey retained in the wax.
