Carl Fritz capping centrifuge with a continuous capacity of up to 300 kilos per hour.
The separation of honey and wax is achieved by centrifugal force without the need for filters. The lack of filters eliminates the need for complicated filter cleaning and replacement.
It is notable for its lack of filters and the lack of an electric pump, as the honey is introduced through a plate located approximately 36 centimeters from the floor, allowing direct feed to the extractor valve.
The outlet valve is located at the top, approximately 97 centimeters high, and from there it flows directly to the ripeners or tanks.
The system operates through two stainless steel inner tanks, which rotate inside the high-speed centrifuge. The honey and wax are separated based on their different weights.
