Lyson capping centrifuge with a continuous capacity of up to 150 kilos per hour.
The separation of honey and wax is achieved by centrifugal force without the need for filters. The absence of filters eliminates the need for complicated cleaning and replacement.
It is notable for its lack of filters and the absence of an electric pump, as the honey is introduced through a plate located at the bottom, allowing direct feed to the extractor valve.
The outlet valve is located at the top and from there goes directly to the ripeners or tanks.
The system operates by means of two stainless steel inner buckets, which rotate inside the centrifuge at high speed. The honey and wax are separated based on their different weights.
