Carl Fritz semi-automatic electric universal uncapping machine with a capacity of up to 200 frames per hour, depending on the operator.
This semi-automatic universal vertical model features an adjustable limit switch for all types of frames. The uncapping depth is freely adjustable from 22 to 45 mm. The machine is factory-set to a honeycomb thickness of 24 mm.
The suspended, removable blades are designed to remove wax and harder materials, such as wooden frames and spacers, without damaging them. The splash guard completely eliminates the risk of accidents. All parts of the device are corrosion-resistant and made of stainless steel.
It features two 180-watt motors and a 120-watt reduction motor for raising and lowering the frame. Once the frame is placed on the support, the frame can be passed through the rotating uncapping chain system at the touch of a button, fully automatically.

The machine allows frames to be quickly uncapped from both sides simultaneously. It is compatible with all common frame sizes.
The uncapping rollers can be adjusted to different honeycomb widths, effectively removing the capping without damaging the frames.
The uncapping chains are positioned so that the capping falls into the tank, ensuring clean work.
The leg wheels are lockable, allowing the machine to be moved from one location to another without lifting it and allowing it to be easily found in the extraction room.
