Desopro Uncapper , rapid uncapping with frame accumulation, taking advantage of its extraction system. It is fast, precise, very robust, and perfectly ergonomic.
The machine can be supplied alone or with a bench (2, 2.5, or 3 meters) and a 220V heating kit.
Equipped with two vibrating cutting blades, the Desopro produces a cut of comparable quality to a manual knife.
In most cases, the cut is performed cold, but if necessary, it can be ordered with a heating kit, which heats the blades using two resistors, and the temperature is regulated by a thermostat.
This device provides the necessary heat very quickly, and the temperature regulation prevents any overheating that could damage the quality of your honey.
Available in Langstroth or Dadant US, Dadant Blatt, Layens, and Lusitana models, among others.
