Vibrating blade uncapper for use in a bucket (bucket not included).
It can be placed on a wooden tray and placed on the bench.
This efficient and easy-to-use machine is designed for Dadant or Langstroth half-super frames.
The stainless steel blade is electrically heated.
The operating principle of this machine consists of a low-amplitude, high-frequency blade movement, which results in excellent cut quality.
It can easily uncap about 150 frames per hour.
The blade length is 280 mm (can be manufactured up to 345 mm) and accepts standard or Hoffman frames.
The blade is easy to disassemble, and the machine is robust and easy to use.
The blade can be adjusted to 5 different positions to adapt to different operating conditions.

Instructions for use:
Connect to the mains (220V) and press the power button.
Press the temperature motor, adjust the thermostat.
Press the button to vibrate the blade.
Position the machine on the wooden base and slide the frame over the blade, flush with the wood.

Caution:
The blade oscillates and is heated.
Do not place your hands in dangerous situations while working.
