The operating principle of this machine consists of a low amplitude but high frequency movement of a blade which translates into an excellent cutting quality.
About 150 frames an hour can easily be uncapped.
The blade length is 280mm (can be manufactured up to 345mm) and accepts normal frames or hoffman frames.
The sheet is easy to disassemble and the machine is robust and easy to use.
The sheet can be adjusted in 5 different positions to adapt it to different conditions of use.

How to use:
Connect to the mains (220v) and press the power button.
Tighten the temperature motor, regulate the thermostat.
Press the button so that the blade vibrates.
Position the machine on the wooden base, pass the frame through the blade flush with the wood.

Caution:
The sheet is oscillating and is at temperature.
Do not put your hands in a dangerous situation during work.
