This small machine is equipped with an electrically heated blade by a thermostatically controlled resistor.
The blade is vibrated by an electric gear motor.
This movement, combined with the heating of the blade blade, ensures a perfect and fast cut.
The structure is made of thick stainless steel sheets.
The total power of the machine is 850W and the motor is 250W.

Installation:
Place the frame on the tray. Adjust the distance between the blade and the edge and tighten the screw. Adjust the inclination of the chassis that carries the frame using the screw (1).
Changes in slope affect the angle of the blade and therefore the cutting depth.

Instructions for use:
Rotate the blade by pressing the button (2).
Set the blade temperature using the thermostat dial (3).
The thermostat operates from a minimum of 40°C to a maximum of 120°C.

The recommended temperature is normally 100°C.
Drag the uncapping frame from above using the blade, first on one side and then the other.
The cappings may fall into a tray placed under the machine.

Caution:
The blade oscillates and is at room temperature. Do not put your hands in dangerous situations while working.

Machine Cleaning:
Wash the machine with warm water and then wipe it clean.
If the machine is not in use for a long period of time, we suggest checking the mechanical joints, lubricating, cleaning, and manually checking them before turning on the machine and motor.
Do not spray the motor with water.
