This small machine is equipped with a blade electrically heated by a resistance controlled by a thermostat.
The sheet is vibrated by means of an electric motor-reducer.
This movement, combined with the heating of the blade, ensures a perfect and fast cut.
The structure is made of thick stainless steel sheets.
The total power of the machine is 850W and the motor is 250W

Place the chart on the tray. Adjust the distance between the blade and the frame and tighten the screw, adjust the inclination of the chassis carrying the frame by means of the screw (1).
Changes in slope affect the angle of the blade and therefore the depth of cut.

Instructions for use:
Turn the blade by pressing the button (2).
Set the leaf temperature by means of the thermostat selector (3).
The thermostat operates from a minimum of 40 ° C and a maximum of 120 ° C.

Normally, the recommended temperature is 100 ° C.
Drag the uncapping frame from above through the foil, one side first, then the other.
The covers can fall to a tray that we put under the machine.

Caution:
The sheet is oscillating and is at temperature. Do not put your hands in a dangerous situation during work.

Cleaning the machine:
Wash the machine with warm water and then clean.
If the period of inactivity is long, we suggest you check the mechanical joints, grease, clean, check manually before starting the machine and engine, etc.
Do not spray the engine with water.
