It allows to emulsify viscous honeys before extraction, heather honeys, etc., which are not easy to extract by standard procedure, it is also valid for use in the extraction of any type of honey
Ideal, simple, manual and very effective machine for dadant frames (brood chamber and lift) and langstroth (brood chamber and medium lift).
Each part or plate of the machine has about 1500 pins and the pins are mounted on special springs that serve as cushioning if they hit wood or it will be very old or very hard pieces of pollen.
The procedure is very simple, simply place the frame between the two panels of needles or plastic pins and pull the lever manually.
