Manual steam-powered blade uncapper for Langstroth frames and Dadant US supers, made of stainless steel.
It consists of a stainless steel frame, on which a "Delta" shaped blade is fixed, and a sliding carriage that supports the frame to be uncapped (the frame is installed on an uncapping tray). The uncapper is mounted on standard 1 to 1.5 meter buckets or drums, the frame slides over the frame until it passes through the blade on one side and then turns over and the other.
Blade heated by a 2000 watt steam generator included, to facilitate cutting and speed up the operation, a steam generator is provided to heat the blade by passing steam through a stainless steel tube welded to the blade (without falling steam jet into the honey).
Valid for Langstroth frames (48x23) and Dadant supers (48x17cm).
