Professional uncapping machine, Lega brand, model DV4, vertical type, for Langstroth or Dadant US frames. It removes the seal from the frames using electrically heated serrated blades, mounted on a thermostatic resistor, and mounted on a chain conveyor with adjustable speed.
The DV4 uncapping machine is based on an excellent uncapping concept that was invented in Australia over 40 years ago and has always been very successful.
Manufactured entirely from AISI 304 laser-cut stainless steel.

Manual feeding by an operator who drops the frames into a chain feeder that takes 10 frames. This way, the operator can drop 10 frames and the machine picks up the frames one by one. Once uncapped, the frames descend automatically on motorized chains.
The machine can be mounted on the MAQAPDE_014-1 cart, making it easier to move around the honey factory. This cart also serves to store the frames upon exit.
Available for Langstroht frames and Dadant super frames.
