Uncapping machine for langstroth frames and motorized dadant sight with vertical V blades heated by steam and made of stainless steel.
Material in contact with honey in stainless steel, frame and body in carbon steel painted with epoxy paint.
Rotating chain and shafts made of stainless steel, quality bearings.
You put the frame in the machine (manual feeding by the operator) and activate the switch and the frames are uncapped on both sides by vertical V-shaped blades (automatic uncapping) and you can now take the uncapped frame and take to the bucket or the extractor.
The space between the blades is adjustable and is regulated according to the needs of the width of the frame.
Heating with 220v steam generator included.
With a little practice, up to 200 frames an hour can be uncapped.
