Motor-driven uncapping machine for Langstroth frames and Dadant supers with steam-heated vertical V-shaped blades made of stainless steel.
Material in contact with the honey is made of stainless steel, and the frame and body are made of carbon steel painted with epoxy paint.
Rotating chain and shafts are made of stainless steel and high-quality bearings.
Simply insert the frame into the machine (manually fed by the operator) and press the switch. The frames are uncapped on both sides by vertical V-shaped blades (automatic uncapping). The uncapped frame can then be taken to the bucket or extractor.
The space between the blades is adjustable and regulated according to the frame width requirements.
Heating is provided by a 220V steam generator.
With a little practice, up to 200 frames can be uncapped per hour.
