Uncapping machine for dadant frame or half rear rise frames up to 48x17cm. On request it can be supplied for 47x16cm dadant blatt rising..
It facilitates the work of the beekeeper, you put the frame and turn the crank and the frames are uncapped on both sides and fall into the bucket.
The gap between the rollers is automatically adjustable, it takes about 3mm on each side of the honeycomb.
The guides are rotated according to the width of 25mm or 37mm frames.
It is attached to an uncapping bench by means of two screws.
It does very little damage to the wax honeycomb, the cells remain almost intact, making it much easier and with less work to rebuild the honeycombs for the bees.
With a little practice, up to 40 supers can be uncapped in about 3 hours.
