Uncapping machine for Dadant super frames or Langstroth half-super frames up to 48x17cm. Upon request, it can be supplied for Dadant Blatt supers measuring 47x16cm. It makes the beekeeper's job easier: simply insert the frame and turn the crank, and the frames are uncapped from both sides and fall into the bucket.
The space between the rollers is automatically adjustable, taking approximately 3mm on each side of the comb.
The guides rotate according to the frame width: 25mm or 36mm, depending on the width of the comb.
It attaches to an uncapping bench by means of two screws.
It causes very little damage to the wax comb; the cells remain almost intact, making it much easier and less labor-intensive to rebuild combs for the bees.
With a little practice, up to 40 supers can be uncapped in about 3 hours.

Instructions for use:
Place the frame of uncapped honey on the guides, lower the rails, and turn the handle until the frames fall into the bucket.
Depending on the frame thickness, whether you use a 8, 9, or 10-millimeter super in your hive, you can use the 25mm super on one side of the guides and the one up to 36 millimeters on the other. To change the guides, simply reposition them.
