This uncapping machine is a device that mechanically prepares capped honey frames for the honey extraction process. It is characterized by its high efficiency and effectiveness.
The serrated, oscillating blades are also adjustable to the width of the honeycomb.
Made of food-grade stainless steel.
The blades are heated by an antifreeze liquid in a closed circuit with electric resistors; it can be adjusted between 30 and 95°C. The tank has a 5-liter capacity and can be used as liquid with 4 liters of water and one of glycol.
Automatic frame feeder with a slot for up to 5 frames at a time.
The frames are then uncapped one after the other by blades on both sides and transported to the uncapping tray, which holds up to 36 frames, where they can be collected for further processing in the extractor. The machine
has a capacity of approximately 4 frames per minute. The digital control unit allows separate control of the feed and heating power.
The legs are mounted on casters, two of which have brakes.
