Automatic uncapper with a chute feeder and 1.5-meter rail support for Langstroth or Dadant US frames, also available for Dadant Blatt and Layens.
This uncapper is a device that mechanically prepares capped honey frames for the honey extraction process. It is characterized by its high efficiency and effectiveness.
The oscillating, toothed blades are also adjustable to the width of the honeycomb.
Made of food-grade stainless steel.
The blades are heated by an antifreeze liquid in a closed circuit with electric resistors; it can be adjusted between 30 and 95 °C. The tank has a 5-liter capacity and can be used as liquid: 4 liters of water and 1 liter of glycol.

Automatic chute-type frame feeder with a slot for up to 5 frames at a time.
The frames are then uncapped one after another by blades on both sides and transported to the uncapping tray, which holds up to 36 frames, where they can be collected for further processing in the extractor.
The capacity is approximately 4 frames per minute. The digital control unit allows separate control of the feed and heating power.
The bucket has a stainless steel sieve and a stainless steel valve with an outlet height of approximately 40 centimeters from the floor.
The legs are mounted on casters, two of which have brakes.
Available with a 220V or 380V power supply, to be defined.
