Minima range automatic uncapper with chute feeder, closed-circuit blade heating, and a 1.5-meter bucket for Langstroth or Dadant US frames, also available for Dadant Blatt.
This uncapper is a device that mechanically prepares capped honey frames for the honey extraction process. It is characterized by its high efficiency and effectiveness.
The blades are serrated and oscillating, and also adjustable to the width of the honeycomb.
Made of food-grade stainless steel,
the blades are heated by an antifreeze liquid in a closed circuit with electric heating elements. It can be adjusted from 30 to 95°C. The tank has a 5-liter capacity and can be used as liquid with 4 liters of water and 1 liter of glycol.
The frames are then uncapped one after the other by blades located on both sides and transported to the bucket, with space for up to 36 frames, where they can be collected for further processing in the extractor.
With a capacity of approximately 4 frames per minute.
The bucket has a stainless steel sieve and a stainless steel valve with an outlet height of approximately 40 centimeters from the ground.
The legs are on casters, two of which have brakes.
