Minima range automatic uncapping machine with chain feeder, steam generator, and 1.5-meter rail support for Langstroth or Dadant US frames, also available for Dadant Blatt.
This uncapping machine is a device that mechanically prepares capped honey frames for the honey extraction process. It is characterized by its high efficiency and effectiveness.
The oscillating, serrated blades are also adjustable to the width of the honeycomb.
Made of food-grade stainless steel.
The blades are heated by a 4-liter steam generator.
The frames are then uncapped one after the other by blades located on both sides and transported to the bucket, with space for up to 36 frames, where they can be collected for further processing in the extractor.
With a capacity of approximately 4 frames per minute.
The bucket has a stainless steel sieve and a stainless steel valve with an outlet height of approximately 40 centimeters from the ground.
The legs are on casters, two of which have brakes.
