This membrane is the solution to be placed in the pipe when the honey drum is lower than the honey inlet to the packing machine, it is designed to avoid the entry of air in the return.
When should a non-return membrane be used in the Nassenheider packaging machine?
The non-return membrane prevents air in the honey caused by backflow, that is, when the packaging machine stops sucking, the honey goes in the opposite direction by gravity.
If the honey drum is at a lower level than the filling machine and the operator takes a break during the packaging process, the honey can go back into the hose, which will cause the filling machine to start. again enter air into the suction pipe.
