This membrane is the solution to be placed in the pipe when the honey drum is lower than the honey inlet into the packaging machine. It is designed to prevent air from entering the return line.

When should a non-return membrane be used in the Nassenheider packaging machine?
The non-return membrane prevents air from entering the honey caused by backflow, i.e., when the packaging machine stops suctioning, the honey flows in the opposite direction due to gravity.
If the honey drum is at a lower level than the filling machine and the operator takes a break during the packaging process, the honey can flow back up the hose, causing air to enter the suction line when the packaging machine is started again.
