Honey filling can be a laborious and time-consuming process. The right filling solution not only saves you time and labor, but with more precise filling, it also saves grams of honey, which can add up to many kilos over time. This small honey packaging station is one of the smallest, yet also one of the most precise and competitive.

The procedure is to place the empty jars on the table, which are then automatically transported by a photocell.
When the photocell detects the jars, the table stops, and the machine begins filling the jar. Once the jar is full, the table begins to rotate until the next jar arrives in front of the photocell. The table has a capacity of about 10 to 12 half-kilo jars.

The model is practical and space-saving, but at the same time it speeds up the filling process, as it leaves both hands free to apply the lid and labels.
This unit can be adjusted horizontally and vertically to accommodate various can sizes. The filling
machine features a computer-controlled gear pump.
