Dana api Matic 2000 packaging unit and 70cm diameter automatic filling table.
This is a complete filling station that combines the DANA api MATIC 2000+ and an automatic filling table (70 cm) in a single unit.Empty jars are placed on the table and automatically conveyed to a filling machine. When a jar touches the cable switch, the table stops and the machine begins filling. Once filled, the table rotates again until the next jar reaches the cable switch. The rail is easily adjustable to accommodate different jar sizes.
In this unit, the filling machine is mounted on wheels and can be adjusted both horizontally and vertically to suit various jar sizes.
With this station, you can easily fill approximately 800 jars (500 g) per hour. This setup allows for filling jars of different sizes.

The procedure involves placing the empty jars on the table, which then automatically conveys them to a photocell.
When the photocell detects the jars, it activates the table's stops, and the filling machine begins filling the jar. Once a jar is filled, the table rotates until the next jar reaches the photocell.
This unit allows for horizontal and vertical adjustment of the filling machine to accommodate various can sizes.
The filling machine features a computer-controlled gear pump.
Assembly is required before use; an assembly manual is included, and assembly typically takes about 30 minutes.
