DANA api MATIC 2000+ service station with turntable, manual capper and cap dispenser.
It develops to do an efficient work ideal to avoid unnecessary steps and movements and avoid wasting time.
The novel design allows the filling station to continuously adapt to different heights of glass canisters.
The height of the workstation is adjustable up to 10 cm.
The additional side surfaces make possible a large number of cans waiting to be placed for filling at the same time.
This means that, as needed, one or two employees can easily and efficiently carry out the entire process of filling and placing the caps.
This filling machine (dana api matic 2000 packaging machine) is equipped with a pump gear made of food grade plastic.
The capper is very easy to use, since you only have to place the jar full of honey and put the lid on top and operate the capper and it turns and tightens.
The capper tightening torque can be adjusted from 0.1 to 10 N * m.
The cap dispenser is a simple deposit to put caps and take them manually and save time in this operation and above all comfort.
